First day of Sledding

The kids were ready to go sledding the first morning of waking up in the mountains, but we did not have sleds, yet. We placed pans outside to catch snow for snow ice cream....next thing we know we look out the window and the kids are using the 9x13 metal pans to go down the mountain outside our cabin. This was great entertainment! Finally, we went to the store and picked Logan up an orange sled and Olivia a purple sled. These are much faster. Kids love it! We will be sledding again tomorrow and trekking in the snow.
